About Tatiana
I am the CEO of a non-profit that helps people get through tough times and work to solve the problems that come up in life that aren’t what a majority would call typical life problems. For example; falling behind on a bill or transportation issues. While both are things that the company would help find resources for, we specialize and take pride in finding outside of the box solutions. Help is often something that many people have a specific solution in mind, but for many people including myself help is anything from someone to listen to and help problem solve issues, to someone to reassure you that you can go on and are valuable when you don’t feel it at the moment. Help can be finding resources or finding motivation. Whatever the barrier, myself alongside my team strategize and problem solve and do what is within our power to solve the problem. Finding lasting solutions is the primary goal and is what drives myself and team to work hard so that a temporary solution that like a band-aid will need replaced is not the only answer. I have studied at California University and am currently working to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Business management and a dual degree in Psychology. I have always loved learning and have a natural intelligence I was blessed with as well. I have a bright sunny personality and love laughing. Problem solving and helping others is and has always been a passion of mine and if I am unable to solve a problem I am not afraid to admit it and find the person who can.

I am the mother of 4 boys, 3 who have disabilities and each have their own way of learning and processing information. What works for one doesn’t work for the others. All four are very intelligent, bright, funny, and mannerable. I took the time and had the patience to figure out each of my children’s learning styles and what it would take for them to see learning as a fun and exciting thing rather than a judged competition that drained mine and their mental health. My children are personable and polite and use manners regularly. Their skills range from acting, to reading and writing in Arabic. They are much smarter than I ever was at their age and they teach me new things every day. We learn through song and dance and art and poetry. Whatever it takes is what we do. My children are not just being educated with knowledge, but are learning emotional intelligence as well. Learning is not a scary thing in my home and I would love the chance to share what I know and have learned to make it less scary for another. I’m a problem solver so if one way doesn’t work we will work until I see smiles. I look forward to meeting you and taking part on your journey. I hope to make this a special and successful adventure. *Remember, the path taken is not always as important as making it to the destination. How you got there will not matter so much once you are there.*
