About Parker
I have tutoring experience from elementary schools, and I wish to extend my portfolio to high schoolers. While I am, myself, a high schooler, I have been inducted into various academic extracurriculars and volunteering positions (such as the National BETA club and my local library). I have gained exceptional organization and communication skills through these roles, and I hope to apply them in a mutually helpful way to those whom I tutor.

Teaching methods are student-based-- variable pace depending on the student's understanding. Approaches and lesson plans will be personalized based on either their class syllabus or specific concepts they struggle with. A typical lesson plan will include tutorials, followed by simple repetition and revision until the student is proficient.
My approaches are adaptable to fit the student's needs; I not only strive to gain my own experience as a tutor, but also to invoke appreciation and comfort within areas that many struggle with. Students who are compatible with my tutoring position include those from fifth to eleventh grade.
