About Pearl
I am a 19 year old student who works as a private tutor. I am currently residing in Singapore. I decided to pick up teaching occasionally during my days in Junior College to earn some extra money. However, after i graduated, I decided to look for more students and continuing even now that I am in university. I understand the struggles of a student very well, being one and all, and i believe many of our future generation have grown a detest to learning. However, I would like to change that mindset! Surely learning isn’t always fun, but as long as you have the right kind of guidance, many other things in life will come easy.

I have had over 3 years of tutoring, right after I finished my A levels. I felt that many older tutors aren’t able to connect with students due to the large age gap and may resort to traditional teaching ways. Hence, being a tutor for so long as well as being a student myself, I've learnt many teaching methods for students nowadays which would not derail learning or develop a hatred for learning! In many ways, as much as I have taught, i too have learnt.
