About Anna

Salut! I’m Anna, a fluent French speaker with over 12 years of experience, including a Diploma of Higher Education from the University of Glasgow. After mastering French in just six months while living in Paris, I threw myself into the culture, working as a waitress, estate agent, Fashion Week support crew, and babysitter. Along the way, I picked up a ton of everyday vocabulary and became equally confident in both academic and conversational French. Whether you’re starting from scratch, gearing up for exams, or just want to brush up on your speaking skills, I’ve got you covered. My lessons are relaxed but structured, designed to suit your needs and help you learn in a way that feels natural and fun. We’ll mix grammar, culture, and real-life language skills to make sure you’re confident in whatever French situation comes your way. I’m based in Glasgow and offer both in-person and online lessons - whatever works best for you. I want to make learning French easy and enjoyable - get in touch, and we’ll get started!

About the lesson

My Approach to Tutoring and Teaching My lessons are tailored to the unique goals and learning styles of each student, blending structured grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation with real-life conversational practice. Whether you’re preparing for exams or improving your conversational skills, I use a combination of interactive exercises, role-play, and personalised feedback to ensure steady progress. Lesson Length: Typical lessons are 60 minutes, with options for extended sessions based on your needs. Qualifications and Experience: I hold a Diploma in French and have over 12 years of language learning experience. I became fluent after living in France for 3 years, mastering French in just 6 months while working in various roles and immersing myself in the culture. Who Lessons Are For: My lessons are for all levels and ages, from complete beginners to advanced learners. Whether you’re a student, professional, or language enthusiast, I’ll help you achieve fluency and confidence in French. Let’s start your French journey today!
