To manage your notifications, go to the “My account” tab. In the “Notifications” section, you can activate or deactivate them by clicking on them.
You can modify your notifications,
By SMS:
- Class requests: > Get notified when your lesson requests are accepted or denied, and receive messages from your tutor..
By email:
- Account activity: Notifications relating to your account, changes to it and your subscription
- Lesson requests: Notifications relating to the acceptance or rejection of your requests and messages from your tutor
- Offers regarding my announcements: If you are also a tutor, receive notifications about offers on your ads.
As Superprof is a web-based platform, all communications are sent via email. Any deactivation of notification is the responsibility of the member.
