We invite members to leave a review one week after a request has been accepted, provided a lesson has taken place.
Reviews must be left if a lesson has taken place!
If the opinion is negative, you, and subsequently your tutor, will be contacted by our team.
The feedback will be reviewed appropriately and action taken if needed.
Depending on the case, the decision may be different.
