About Zofia
I have graduated with a Bachelorette of Arts in English and Philosophy at UoN; I have moved to UK five years ago not knowing English whatsoever, and have taught myself it to a professional, fluent standard. I have taken both GCSEs, and A levels in both English literature and English language. However I have no experience as a tutor per se.

I am a foreigner myself; I taught myself English over the period of the last five years, so well in fact that now I’m studying it at university! Therefore I understand perfectly the struggles one goes through when learning the language. I can also assist students at GCSE level, and preparation for A level- especially essay techniques which are key to achieving a good grade!!
Due to my polish background, I am especially welcoming and -I would like to think- most of use to Western Europeans seeking to enhance their language skills, whether it be for work or just in general. I am quite flexible in my methods, as I think that there isn’t one-fits-all approach!

Details
I am willing to help a student out with their essays, such as proofreading etc, however this would increase the hourly rate to £19. This is especially helpful in preparation to exams, and I would suggest having at least one lesson like that!
