Teaching is not a question of what is in the teacher's mind but what is in the student's mind and how that transfer occurs. I have learned that no single method works for every student so I have formed small groups that share the same methods of learning and created a combination of reading, discussing, writing, and student teaching students that gets a lesson completed. Sharing short papers from each student in a group seems to work the best as each can concur with others that they have the basic concepts and are using them to explore other new ideas. Outside readings in journals shared in writing short descriptions of the idea content, then discussed in small groups of commonly interested students has worked the best for successfully passing required examinations
