About Akshay
My name is Akshay and I am currently a 1st year graduate student. Reaching where I am has been a long journey and I want to relay the message that it is not easy to be a great student. It takes work and commitment. I do well in my classes due to the study practices I adopt and my determination to be prepared. I want the same for you.
I want to show that you can be capable of acing any class, as long as you have the right approach and plan.

I teach each student differently, based on their needs. Whatever subject it is you need help with, I will assess first where and why you are struggling. From there we will work together on the actual material, but also develop a plan to succeed without my help. I want each student to understand where they are falling behind and develop confidence in their ability to do well.
I didn't become a graduate student without my own difficulties as a student.
