As a tutor, my goal is to provide a personalized learning experience that builds understanding and confidence. Here’s how I approach tutoring:

Teaching Method and Techniques:

1. Conceptual Clarity: I begin with clear explanations and real-world examples to make complex ideas accessible.
2. Interactive Practice: I use hands-on activities and visual aids to reinforce learning and help students apply concepts.
3. Step-by-Step Guidance: I break down complex tasks into manageable steps and guide students through each phase.

Typical Lesson Plan:

1. Review: Set objectives and review previous material.
2. Concept Explanation: Discuss core concepts with examples.
3. Guided Practice: Work through problems together, offering feedback.
4. Independent Practice: Students complete problems on their own with support as needed.
5. Wrap-Up: Summarize key points and address any remaining questions.

What Sets Me Apart:

1. Customized Approach: Tailored methods to fit individual learning styles.
2. Practical Application: Emphasis on real-world applications and case studies.
3. Experience: 4 years of tutoring experience combined with expertise in business, finance, and real estate development.

My Target Audience:

I tutor elementary, middle school, high school, and undergraduate students in business, finance, or real estate adjacent courses, as well as individuals seeking to improve their Excel modeling and financial analysis skills. My sessions are tailored to meet specific learning needs and goals.
