About Gary
Over the years I helped student teachers in China become teachers, and tutored students with poor grades in an American Indian boarding school in Flandreau, South Dakota, improving their reading ability.
I helped young Korean and Taiwanese students improve their speaking and reading.
I developed a course for Spanish speaking ESL Students in Mexico who were student psychologists entitled "Schizophrenia and Art Therapy" based on Jungian therapy. I taught English literature.
I taught ESL in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Mainland China for 24 years from pre school to University level.
I taught Business at Oglala Lakota College along with Universidad Anahuac Puebla Mexico, and was a substitute teacher for 6 years in the USA.

I offer step by step practice and exercises from speaking, reading and grammar, as I taught to Chinese travel specialists and tour guides, insurance agents, and US visa applicants. This is over teams IM or Zoom. I am flexible about the schedule. Beforehand, after one free lesson, a lesson plan outline is prepared which we both agree, however changes can be made as needed.
I am bi-lingual in Mandarin.
