About Piper
I am an honour roll student with a strong forte in English and History. I’ve had a passion for classics since I was a kid and have been speed reading since Harry Potter came out. I have often tutored members of my class and friends as well as volunteered at my school and greatly enjoy helping others gain the love of language and history I have now.

I base my teaching methods on analogy and practical explanation as well as hands on learning. I find students work best when challenged and I’m always able to set achievable goals that I can guide them towards. When teaching English or History the key is in the engaging the student in why they specifically should care. My students are never just statistics or work, they are people. People whom I have will do everything I can to help meet their goals.

Last year when I was struggling in science and math Piper would meet me at lunchtime and help me study and figure out different questions. She was always super nice about it too, like she always had time to help me. Probably the reason I passed grade 10 science. She been helping out people over the summer too with their online school and helped my other friend not fail ancient civilizations. She's also the first person I text anytime I am super confused about anything and shes really good about responding and helping me quickly.
