About Ksenia

I'm originally from Siberia, Russia. I've spent several years living in Germany, where I got to experience German culture, everyday life, and the language firsthand.

I've always been passionate about languages and enjoy meeting people from different countries and backgrounds. I speak Russian, German, and English, and I'm currently learning Spanish.

Teaching is something I genuinely enjoy, especially seeing my students make progress and become more confident. I love sharing not just the language itself, but also little things about life and culture in Germany that you won't always find in textbooks!

About the lesson

I completed my Bachelor's degree at a German university, studying entirely in German. But I actually started learning German from scratch myself! I've worked my way from A1 to C1+ and taken several German exams, including Goethe, telc, and TestDaF. So I know exactly how challenging German can be, especially in the beginning!

I have over 3 years of experience teaching languages online, and I really enjoy helping others make progress.

My lessons are for students from A1 to B2. We practice speaking, grammar, and vocabulary using real-life situations. I also use Miro, videos, podcasts, and interactive exercises that I create myself.

I try to keep my lessons relaxed and friendly, so you can feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions. I'm always happy to share the tips and tricks that helped me learn German!

Whether you're preparing for an exam, moving to Germany, or just want to feel more confident speaking German, I'd love to help you!

I would definitely recommend Ksenia to anyone who wants to improve their Russian! I'm currently at an intermediate level, and we're working towards upper-intermediate and advanced Russian. Our lessons focus a lot on conversation. We listen to podcasts, watch short videos and discuss different topics, including current events and everyday life. We also regularly work on grammar and new vocabulary. Ksenia always comes up with interesting exercises that match my level and help me practice what I've learned. I really enjoy our lessons and feel like I'm making good progress!

I've been learning Russian with Xenia for a long time now, and I started knowing absolutely nothing. She's a great teacher and I really enjoy our lessons. She always comes prepared and puts a lot of effort into making the lessons interesting, with different exercises and activities that actually help me remember things. She's also very patient and encouraging, especially when I struggle with grammar or forget words. I've made a lot of progress since we started and feel much more confident speaking Russian now. I would definitely recommend her!
