About Theodore
Hi my name is Theodore Spencer and I was not the best student. My GCSEs were slightly above average but nothing outstanding. I had changed schools and went to Colchester Royal Grammar School for sixth form and this had a huge impact on me. It was because of the change of environment and the new teachers which made me become as academically inclined as I am now. It was this experience that inspired me to become a tutor so that I can help others reach their full potential and achieve their goals.

It is clear that there is a shift in the skills required of students and graduates from being able to memorise to being able to think analytically and creatively to solve problems. This trend can be seen through the style of exam papers becoming more suited to students who can answer difficult problems effectively rather than regurgitate information. As a tutor I strive to provide all of my students with the skills to become technical masters and instil them with the confidence to break down any problem strategically.
