About Megan
I am a qualified Secondary Science teacher and Chemistry graduate currently teaching in Northern Ireland. I specialise in supporting students studying GCSE Chemistry and Double Award Science, particularly the CCEA specification.
My aim is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and building confidence in Chemistry. I understand that many students can find topics such as bonding, calculations and exam-style questions challenging, and I work closely with each student to identify gaps in understanding and build strong foundations for success.
As a classroom teacher, I have experience helping students of varying abilities make progress and develop confidence in science. Lessons are carefully planned to suit individual needs and focus not only on understanding the content, but also on developing the exam technique required to achieve the best possible results.
Whether a student is aiming to improve their grades, strengthen their understanding of key concepts, or prepare for upcoming assessments and examinations, I provide structured, patient and personalised support designed to help them reach their goals.

As a qualified Chemistry teacher and Chemistry graduate, I aim to make Chemistry approachable, understandable and enjoyable for students of all abilities. My lessons focus on building confidence, strengthening fundamental understanding and improving exam performance through targeted practice and personalised support.
