About Niayesh
I am a first year Biomedical sciences student at Trent university. I am very passionate about teaching and learning and have experience with tutoring Math, English, Chemistry, physics, and Biology and thankfully my previous students have been able to achieve better academic results. In addition I have received my diploma from an international school in Turkey before coming to Canda and as an international student I’ve had the chance to meet and interact with many students from around the world. This has helped me better understand people from various cultures and backgrounds and when tutoring different students, come up with different teaching and explaining methods that would match the student’s goals.

Based on the levels and ages of the students I would play games and do exercises to make the lessons more engaging and fun. I would ask the students to explain as much of the lesson as they can in their own words right after explaining it myself. Based on my past experience with teaching I have found that asking simple questions about the lesson right after the lesson has been taught is a good way to make sure students have fully understood the materials.
