• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  I'm having great interest and command in "Engineering Mathematics" and "Core Electrical Engineering subjects" like:

  · Control Systems
  · Signal Systems
  · Power Systems
  · Electrical Machines
  · Power Electronics
  · Electrical and Electronics Measurements
  
  I can teach these subjects from the basic level to the GATE/ESE level. I also teach the student according to their syllabus and the exam pattern so they can perform their best.

• What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  When I was studying, my classmate and the juniors always used to ask me their doubts or concepts. And they always loved my way of explaining the subject or concept. They always appreciated me for teaching and I was also feeling very happy after clearing their doubts. And this is the main motivation for choosing me to teach.

• How does your work help society?

  Teaching a student is not just bettering his/her life but also the family and even the society. Young minds can learn and create the best society with their knowledge in each and every field. I teach not only the subject but also the wisdom in doing everything and give moral support and encourage them to live equally in their society and treat everyone equally. I impart knowledge and values to students with the intention of creating self-sufficient, articulate, socially responsible, resilient, and active citizens of the world.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  Being a teacher and research scholar, if there is someone I really look up to, it's Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. I remember his quote "A life of joy and happiness is possible only on the basis of knowledge and science". He is one of those who worked as a bridge between eastern and western education by keeping the decorum of eastern education intact. It's very easy to get influenced by the different education systems but a balanced intellectual mind will always pick the best and fruitful qualities of other education systems and restrain from criticizing.

• Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

  Exploring the new technologies and working on them is my favourite hobby. Alongside, I also like sketching, photography, swimming, cycling, and cooking.

• Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

  One of my students from IIT Hyderabad, was having a year lag and he failed 2 times in one of his subjects, and this was his last chance to pass in that subject when he contacted me. He and his father were very much worried. So, I accepted his class request and started teaching and guiding him. It was really difficult to make him understand the subject but still, I didn't give up and motivated him a lot and explained the subject in different-different ways so that anyhow he understand and do good in his exam. He also worked very hard and he passes the exam with an "A" grade, it was really a great achievement for him. So, I must say never give up, work hard in a proper way and guidance u will definitely reach achieve your goal and dream.
