About William
I have been a tutor since January of this year. I have over 300 hours of experience at Mathnasium, a tutoring center for children. I am effective at using methods from Mathnasium to help children learn in the way that is best for them (I have found that some people learn in a different way than they are taught in school).
I love helping students become more comfortable with math. Everyone is capable! Sometimes, though, people learn in different ways and individual help really develops a higher level of understanding.
I've spent over 300 hours since January of 2020 tutoring both in person and online.

When working with students, I go through a specific type of problem several different ways with them. This helps to recognize which process is most effective for them. Afterwards, this can be applied to most math problems. For example, most students tend to be visual learners, which is not supported very well in school.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
1. How many times have you attempted a problem, and in how many different ways?
2. Given the solution to a problem, find a way to reconstruct the answer.
