Tutoring and teaching are some of the most fulfilling things someone can do. As a student myself I am able to relate to students and understand their questions and thought-processes extremely well. Through my past work and volunteer experience I have learned about teaching as an art, as a hands-on experience and about the importance of communication and elasticity. The sciences and maths are some of the most inaccessible subjects to students and that is due to a lack of communication skills in teaching. One of my main passions is to bridge this gap and show students that difficult concepts can always be accessible to everyone given the right avenue for learning. I will be that avenue. I am finished with classes Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays at one, and on Tuesdays I have class from 8:30-12, and from 2-3:30. On Thursdays I have class from 11-12:30 and from 2-3:30. This means I am always available after typical school day hours and will have more availability than most college students. I am extremely punctual and reliable and genuinely care about my students and their learning experiences.

When working with a new student, I love getting to know their individual learning style as well as discuss what areas they need to improve on in a particular subject. We can then devise a plan of how to use unique learning strategies to complete and understand their assignments. Every student is very different and will require a customized plan.
