About Saskia
I am a Dutch national, but have lived in Germany all my life and grew up trilingual (Dutch, German, English). I studied at an American University and hold a BA in International Relations and Psychology. Having worked as a therapist for many years, I am a good listener and am experienced in working towards individual needs. I have recently moved to New Zealand to join my son and his family, and even though I still teach my existing students in Europe, the huge time difference makes me look for new opportunities allowing me to work normal daytime hours.

Learning a new language can be quite a challenge! That's why I try to design my lessons as diverse and fun as possible, always aimed to match your individual needs and objectives. I have been teaching German, Dutch, and English for 11 years now and really enjoy the interaction with people from all over the world. Every student has a different story and a different reason for learning a new language and I will be working with you to design a unique pathway to achieving your goal.
