About Wencee Khyeir
Hello! My name is Wencee, and I am a dedicated, professional online English tutor with over 8 years of experience teaching ESL to young learners and beginners worldwide. Holding professional certifications in both TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and TEYL (Teaching English to Young Learners), I focus on building real communication confidence in every student I teach.
Throughout my 8-year teaching career, I have successfully guided hundreds of students in improving their pronunciation, vocabulary, phonics, reading comprehension, and daily conversational skills. My teaching philosophy centres on patience, encouragement, and active student engagement. I believe learning a language should be a joyful and empowering experience, not a source of stress.
Equipped with a high-speed fiber internet setup, HD camera tools, and interactive teaching platforms, I deliver clear, seamless, and high-energy online lessons tailored to your child's specific goals. Whether your child needs help building fundamental English skills or strengthening their speaking fluency, I am committed to supporting their growth every step of the way!

My lessons are designed to make learning English enjoyable, engaging, and stress-free for young learners, beginners, and students looking to build speaking confidence. With over 8 years of online ESL experience and double certifications in TESOL and TEYL, I adapt my teaching style to match each student’s unique pace and learning preferences.
Teaching Approach & Methods:
I specialize in using Total Physical Response (TPR), dynamic visual aids, ManyCam digital props, and positive reinforcement to keep lessons interactive and multi-sensory. My priority is creating a supportive environment where students feel confident making mistakes, speaking up, and expressing themselves in English.
Structure of a Typical 25-to-50 Minute Lesson:
Warm-Up & Rapport Building (5 mins): Fun icebreaker activity or casual conversation to build comfort.
Core Instruction & Concept Introduction (10–15 mins): Interactive vocabulary, phonics, grammar, or reading practice introduced using visual props.
Guided Practice & Communication (10–15 mins): Role-playing, structured dialogue, and targeted error correction with positive modeling.
Wrap-Up & Feedback (5 mins): Reviewing key takeaways, celebrating student effort with digital rewards, and setting clear goals for next time.
Who My Lessons Are For:
Young children and early childhood learners (ages 4–12) starting their English journey.
Primary and middle school students working on reading comprehension, vocabulary, and creative writing.
Beginner to intermediate conversational learners seeking to improve daily pronunciation and speaking fluency.
Whether your child is learning English for the first time or aiming to sharpen their conversational confidence, I look forward to guiding them every step of the way!
