Besides the mere mention of being a native speaker, I've always spent time learning and understanding sentence formation, use of English, writing and sounds.
I have a process of teaching that involves you learning until you get it, and when you do, I organise a series of tests to ensure it sticks.

Richard brings a whole new experience to teaching... he has this inter personal relationship with the students. He makes them feel they're on the path to greatness by asking simple questions and sometimes extremely difficult ones. When they get the answers the student's self confidence skyrockets.
