About Alex
During my A levels I was involved in a peer mentoring scheme where I was paired up with a younger student to help tutor them in Maths. I was able to confidently help develop the students skills in the subject whilst also gaining valuable teaching experience.

I am an undergraduate studying Economics at the University of Nottingham. I studied Maths, Economics and Biology at A level and received 3 A*s along with a grade 9 in maths at GCSE. Therefore I’m in a strong position to tutor both GCSE and A Level students.
I am open to flexible session lengths, and am happy to cover any and all topics that students wish to go over.
Beginning a session with teaching of a particular topic, we will then move on to practice exam questions through which I can guide students to solidify the teachings of the topic earlier.
