About Ziggy
I am a uni student who is currently in my Honours year of a Bachelor of Science (Physics) and Bachelor of ICT (Software Development). I have three years of tutoring experience in which I have tutored more than 12 different pupils.
I consider myself to be a friendly and approachable person who is understanding of issues a pupil might come across and will not get frustrated. I have several hobbies including bike polo, video games and scouts which I fill my free time with.
In college, I received a 98.80 ATAR along with awards including the Gifted Award for Outstanding Passion and Achievement, Dux of Mathematics Methods and Award for Striving for Excellence. I have received a high 6.82 GPA at UTAS with High Distinctions in all my mathematics units and the majority of my physics units.
I have travelled to Lund University in Sweden to study Physics on an exchange program. This was an amazing experience and gave me the chance to study physics at an internationally recognised university

I think there is a joy to discovering how maths and physics work and how they relate to the real world and I try and share that joy with those that I tutor. I want people to succeed in their studies and achieve their goals.
With me as your tutor, you can feel relaxed and free to ask questions. I will explain concepts and gives tips from my experience. I enjoy tutoring because I want to share the great learning experiences that I have enjoyed. I have three years of tutoring experience in which I have tutored many students from high school, college and uni levels.
I am willing to be flexible with hours and sessions and will take any required COVID precautions to help you to feel comfortable.
I normally do weekly one hour sessions but am flexible and open to negotiation.

Perfect! Ziggy is fantastic!
Perfect! We are so grateful to have found Ziggy. My son was really struggling with year 12 maths Methods 4. Ziggy made the concepts much easier for him to understand. Ziggy’s communication is great & he’s really friendly & approachable. Highly recommend!
