Teacher Agum was my teacher on my senior year at school. When I was 13 I had some problems with another math teacher who made me hate maths, lose interest and ignore this subject. And there was I, 5 years later, with lots of needs in maths to be able to succeed on my final exams to graduate. Then Teacher Agum showed me that I haven’t a monster in front of me, that it was only maths and that I could understand it. He made me believe that I could change my performance on my exams and he helped me a lot to make it happen because he pointed me where I had issues with the basic math. He made me feel proud about my skills and the way I was able to improve them with his lessons, he made it accessible. I’m grateful to had learned with him not only maths, but to overcome the odds. Mr. Agum is a great teacher that brings magic and funny into math! My perspective of math changed since I had classes with him! I used to consider my self a humanities nerd that would have a lack of math skills forever. Mr Agum not only helped me in the journey of getting math skills, but also helped me to get interested in math :)

I was Pedro's student in the 7th grade and it was incredible how he managed to win over all the students in just a few weeks. In addition to his great charisma, Pedro teaches very well and clearly, and if anyone has doubts he makes a point of helping that person until they understand, even if that takes a while.
