About Shahnoor
The ignition in the mind only happens if we have enough oxygen in our minds. Experience, knowledge, and the keen eye to look into details build up the oxygen for the ignition. As an engineering student, oxygen is not enough to make the ignition faster. It happens faster when we work under pressure. As a person, I believe we can easily alter the power of our ignition if we point the flow in the right direction. With the goal in my mind, I want to help high school students to perfect their control of ignition.

Starting from the very basics and jumping to the comfort zone of a student is what I always keep in my mind. It is always about understanding the basics instead of knowing the formulas. I will always turn the table around to know the stage of the student, if he can explain the concept in simple words, then he needs a jump towards the advanced section.
