About Conor
Hi! I am a Computer Engineering student in my final, Master's year at Trinity College Dublin, with over two years of experience tutoring Leaving Cert and Junior Cert Mathematics. I achieved 613 points in the Leaving Certificate, including a H1 in both Maths and Physics. Prior to starting as a grind tutor, I tutored younger students in my later years in school as well as volunteering in the Rialto youth homework club. I deeply enjoy teaching, and sincerely hope I can help my students achieve their full potential.

As a tutor, I place a major focus on boosting my students' confidence in their own abilities. It is no surprise that, often, the most significant factor holding a student back is their own belief that they are "no good" at the subject. As a student myself, I have been able to develop a rapport with my students and facilitate a comfortable and tailored learning environment for them. This provides an alternative to the typical school setting, where my students can let go of their self-doubt and simply try their best. I offer both in-person and online lessons. I am based in Monkstown where I can host lessons, and I can also travel for lessons, depending on the distance.

conor is an excellent tutor and i would certainly recommend him!
I would highly recommend Conor to anyone looking for Leaving Cert higher maths grinds. He was always so patient and friendly, and explained difficult maths concepts in a way that made them seem simple. He teaches not just how to do the maths but the why as well, giving you an actual understanding of the logic behind the formulas, to apply elsewhere too. He always knew exactly what was on the curriculum and is all-round a natural maths tutor.
Conor has a special gift for tutoring. He is patient, persistent, and has a fantastic rapport with students. He has a superb ability to impart knowledge and explain difficult concepts, always bearing in mind the syllabus. I would highly recommend Conor as a tutor to anyone.
My son received lessons from Conor in higher level Leaving cert maths last year. He always came home from the grinds feeling more confident in his abilities and in the end he was able to achieve the results he was hoping for. I am massively grateful for Conor’s help.
