About Andrew

I am a second-year student at the University of California - Santa Cruz studying electrical engineering. I am currently interning at NASA Ames this summer. Over the years, I've held numerous teaching positions, from swim instructing at the YMCA, to tutoring first-generation college students through the AVID program. I truly love teaching others and look forward to helping you guys succeed in mathematics!

About the lesson

Too often in middle/high school do teachers throw complex equations and concepts at you and expect you to follow the same rigid steps to solve a problem. I want to be here to show that math is more free flowing than what you've been taught. In my lessons, I will break down and simplify the most complex topics in terms that you already understand.

If you’ve ever found yourself solving math problems the same repetitive way, or felt completely stuck, you’re not alone. Lost your motivation to learn? Let me help reignite that passion for math.
