About Jonathon
I am a native English speaker, with a Bachelors Degree in French & Russian, as well as A-Level Spanish.
My experiences as a language student, and my clear British accent, make me an ideal conversational tutor for EFL students.
I also have a 120-hour TEFL qualification with distinction, and have experience teaching English in summer camps.

I believe that natural conversation with a native speaker is the best way to improve fluency. Therefore I am offering classes in which I will ask you to read a short article in English, before we discuss and debate the topic.
Topics can be tailored to what you are interested in, or whatever you feel you need to practice most, including: current affairs (politics,climate change), popular culture, sports, technology, business etc.
Having studied foreign languages through university, I understand the importance of natural conversation for learning, and I know how to encourage a student to express themselves as much as possible, but also when to step in to help with any mistakes.
If I notice any recurring vocabulary or grammatical mistakes during our conversations, I am also able to give specific technical classes to help boost the student's understanding and improve their fluency.
