About Ava
I am a year 12 student and aspiring doctor, with a passion for maths and science. I am committed to inspiring others to love learning by working with each student to identify strengths and weaknesses. I am empathetic to individual learning styles, and help others to thrive in a learning environment by changing teaching methods to suit individual needs. My goal is to pass on academic knowledge, as well as lifelong skills like resilience and drive.

As a student myself, I have experience in tutoring through GCSE mentoring schemes in maths and biology as well as tutoring friends and family. I am studying biology, chemistry and maths at A-Level, and achieved 8 grade 9s at GCSE level.
I offer maths and science tutoring up to GCSE level, primarily key stage 2. My lessons are typically an hour long, consisting of explanation, demonstration, questions and feedback to help all students progress and work to the best of their ability.
