About Shafay
For me teaching has to be friendly, becuase its not school, its like getting help so for me i am also there to be their friend becuase when you go to your friend for your help you know he will find a way to fix your problem. And when i helped my brother when i started tutoring for the first time, thats where i relaized there are two options either go with a strict approach or enjoy your time as a tutor, and i will always go with the option number 2

I have a great grip over the Maths Subject, i wasnt a bright student in my early years of schooling but with the passage of time i became better and better day by day, My teaching styles are simple and straight for me the whole focus is to make the person i am teaching understand what i am teaching, because thats the whole point of being a tutor, I worked as a TA before too at Columbia University where i was part of the Advanced Deep Learning Projects Team. For me this is how i follow my strategy:
1. Have a one on one session with the student, ask him his problems and then work on them.
2. Come up with a plan and explain the student how we will move on and will start once the student/guardian approves our plane
