About Caitlin
I am currenty second year student at Falmouth University, studying BSc Computing for Games. I have a background studying maths, computing, and programming. I enjoy video games, as well as the creation of them which I get to do most days whilst studying at university. Once I graduate I would love to train to become a teacher for computer science or video game development.

My lessons are aimed at those who are approaching their GCSE exams. After speaking to the student about what topics they would like to improve upon, looking at previous tests, mock papers, and homework I can identify weak points in the student’s revision. Building personalised workbooks using a combination of revision questions and questions appearing in past papers, I can help the student to break down the question and further understand what they are being asked. We can take each topic step by step, reviewing the progress we've made and then moving on to any further weaknesses. I’ve found that this can also be beneficial to a student’s education due to different exam boards provide marks for a variety of different workings, understanding the methodologies accepted by your exam board can be the difference between grades based on the marks lost for each question you did not show the correct working out for.
