About Lori
I have been a high school teacher for 6 years where I taught Algebra, Geometry, and Algebra 2. I was a college tutor for students in Calculus, Finite Math, and Business Calc. I worked for 3 years as a Math instructor at Mathnasium for students 2nd grade through senior year of high school.

My approach is socrative, I prefer teaching through questions to lead students to the solution through their own knowledge. All the math we learn today was created by a human who discovered these patterns. I find students learn and remember best when they are able to use their prior knowledge to discover these concepts on their own with some investigation and guidance.
