I consider being in flow state is essential for both teaching and learning so I’ll focus on maintaining the level that doesn’t exceed much than the students can understand (it can get stressful) or not so easy to make it boring. I’ll focus on finding the point of understanding between that boring and stressful! will be very grateful and excited to teach and learn!
