About Leon
If you hate math, I'm sorry (and I admit, no one likes math haha). I started out hating math too, calling it troublesome and sometimes, insane even.
It took me around 4-5 years of daily homework and exposure to math for me to start liking math. And a whole decade to make it this far and excel in it. So I can empathize with how difficult and stressful it is when you get stuck on a single question for hours on end and still can't get any hint on solving them.
It never was easy to get good grades in math, let alone perfect. But if you have a heart, a good attitude, and you'd like to give math a shot, I'm here to help. And if I was able to save my entire junior cohort from disaster in my university years in my free time, I doubt I'm unable to help you raise your confidence in math. I try to tailor my teaching methods and examples to the student needs. I do my best to break down complex questions to bite-sized pieces.
As a Kumon Completer, I went back to teach at my local Kumon Centre for 2 years, online and physically, targetting students of all ages between kindergarten to high school. I was also Tutor/Class Assistant for the Computer Science Mathematics unit at my local university for 6 months whilst finishing my final semester.
I teach students with age ranging from high school (Form 1 - 6) of different syllabuses (UEC, SPM, A-Levels etc.) and Y1 university students.
