About Ivan
Hello, my name is Ivan! I graduated cum laude with a degree in Physics, an Area of Concentration in Astrophysics, Minors in French and Music, and I have extensive experience in advanced and modern C++. I've worked with researchers at Brookhaven National Laboratory as part of the Electron-Ion Collider Project, I've presented my research at professional conferences, I've contributed to the GNU Compiler Collection's C++ compiler (g++), and the results from my code have been published in the Journal of the American Association of Variable Star Observers.

C++ is my favorite programming language, and I think it is a shame that at the undergraduate level, most physics and engineering students will only ever learn "C with classes" instead of modern C++. If this is you, this is your place to level up your C++ skills!
My ideal student would have some experience in another language (like Python) and be looking to learn C++, or they have learned basic C++ and are interested in learning about advanced features. However, no prior coding experience is required.
