Me as an educator don't just see myself as a guider rather than a good friend as well as a source of wisdom for students. I believe that students should be guided and made friends in order to make teaching engaging. As a teacher, I constantly try to establish the strongest connection with my pupils, which also aids in my comprehension of them and their learning styles. My ability to be a good educator improves as I engage with my kids more frequently. Being a educator, one should never pressure or coerce students into doing something they don't want to, as it all depends on their comprehension and ability.
