About Rebecca
My name is Rebecca Chidinma Onwuzugha. I am a passionate and dedicated educator and I am committed to helping students achieve their academic goals. I create engaging learning experiences that make it easier for learners to understand complex concepts.
Having taught and worked with students of different ages, abilities, and learning styles, I have been able to develop patience, adaptability, and effective communication skills. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed when given the right guidance, encouragement, and learning environment.
I am particularly interested in online teaching because it allows me to reach and support learners from diverse backgrounds. I am comfortable using digital learning tools and interactive teaching methods to keep students engaged and motivated.
Beyond academic success, I strive to build students' confidence, critical thinking abilities, and independent learning skills. I engage in continuous professional development to help me improve my teaching practice.

My personal approach to private tutoring is student-centered and goal-oriented.
In my many years of teaching experience, I understand that learners are unique and have different academic goals, learning styles, strengths, and challenges.
This understanding helps me plan my lessons according to the individual needs of the learners.
Teaching from concepts learners know already and gradually progressing to complex ones using practical examples and hands-on activities for better understanding.
I also create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable to learn and ask questions.
I emphasize active participation and consistent practice to build competence. I take feedback for monitoring progress and restrategize where necessary.
