I am a Financial Services graduate from the UK with 25 years Insurance market experience - latterly working In Operations, focussing on IT solutions to enable staff to better realise their potential.
A recent IT Networking Diploma has kept my knowledge sharp - enabling me to continue to be a positive interpreter between real workers and specialised IT people!
