About Chris

I major in Applied Mathematics and I've enjoyed learning it throughout my high school life. I want more kids to enjoy math as I do through a process that makes math interesting to appeal to their own interests. I speak two languages, Chinese and English. Spending my younger years in China helped me come up with a technique that's efficient to both learn and enjoy working with numbers. I look forward to seeing my students slowly become more and more interested in math, and learn that the subject is actually fascinating.

About the lesson

I give lessons to students 5-8 in order to help them build a strong foundation for high school. My teaching method is to introduce students to basic concepts and emphasize teaching their weakest concepts. I also try to add interesting applications math can have in real life to make things easier to memorize.
