About Ava
I am a 3rd year medical student who has a keen interest in biological systems. My curiosity about biology is supported by my First Class degree with Honours in Biomedical Sciences, and my Biology A-level, which I achieved 100%.
I also enjoy working as an anatomy demonstrator in my university's dissection room, where I teach anatomy to medical undergraduate and postgraduate students.

My lessons are tailored to the tutee's studies and would involve a combination of discussion-based learning, breakdowns of complex ideas, and working through practice questions.
I utilise the Socratic method of learning to encourage students to explore logical reasoning, aiding long-term memory. Information I give will be repeated, clarified, and summarised to reinforce ideas and understanding.
