About Shivani
Hi there! I'm currently studying Classics at UCL in my second year, and have been to North London Collegiate School my whole life so I have a very good grasp of all the subjects I did. I achieved 11 A*s at GCSE in Maths, English, triple Science, Geography, Drama, Spanish, Latin, Ancient Greek and Gujarati. I also got D2s (A* equivalent) in Latin and Ancient Greek Pre-U, A* in Maths A-Level and A in Economics A-Level. I also am a semi-professional singer with over ten years of training so if you need help with that, I can also coach singing.
I love teaching people and helping them understand things better - sometimes teachers can't fully explain things and it's helpful to have someone else explain things in a different way to make sure every student reaches their full potential. I'm a really fun, energetic person so I promise sessions with me won't be boring and I will make sure the student understands absolutely everything that I explain - I'm not the kind of person who will rush through things, because I genuinely think that putting in the time to actually understand a concept instead of just memorising a textbook is the best way to achieve good grades.
