I typically tutor high school students with a desire to improve their mathematical acumen. My sessions usually center around problems given for homework. We'll break down each step in the solution, identify problem areas, and strengthen any topics that need refreshing. I am a keen communicator, provide lots of encouragement and try to make my sessions as fun as possible.

Michael tutored our daughter in Grade 10 in Physics. He helped her understand the concepts and prepare for tests and the final exam. With his help, she finished the course successfully and we would highly recommend him for any science-based courses including math. He is personable, adept at breaking down material into bite-sized pieces and makes a point of checking in to confirm understanding. A great experience having him as a tutor.
Michael is extremely knowledgeable in multiple subjects. He has a fun way of interacting with students and is able to adjust his teaching style to match each student’s learning style. He has been very helpful to my daughters in both high school and university subjects!
Michael is the most patient and knowledgeable person I know and will help you in a way that makes sense for you.
He explains questions very clearly and is patient with you when you don’t understand something! Definitely recommend!
