Listening and open-minded, I think that the best way to succeed is to be efficient during a work session, which does not prevent working in a good mood :)
I prepare generally small checks / follow-ups to make sure that the student has fully integrated all the concepts, and my lessons are for everyone between 6th and 12th grade, for all subjects (maths, physical, English and French preferred)

Tom est investi et consciencieux. Il a l’habitude d’expliquer aux autres en adaptant son vocabulaire en fonction du niveau. Les cours ou exercices sont préparés à l’avance, il ne compte pas son temps sur ses préparations ou corrections et ça se ressent. Je le recommande fortement.
