David is an amazing math tutor for my ten-year-old daughter. He has helped her understand harder topics, like adding negative numbers or dealing with variables, and is preparing her well for Algebra 1. When she doesn't understand a topic, David is always quick to go over it again and make sure that she fully understands what she is doing, so working with him is always a pleasure. My daughter loves working with him, and together they can tackle problems well. David is a very patient and knowledgeable tutor and does a great job at individualizing his lessons. He quickly pinpointed my weak areas and then provided support in a variety of ways. I had some major gaps in my mathematical education. David identified skills and concepts that helped me see and understand the concepts I was missing due to my “gap areas” and then build from there. He is a fantastic teacher!
