About Alfie
I am in my final year at Bangor University in North Wales, studying BSc Zoology.
Since I was young, I have always had a passion for natural sciences, and demonstrating the importance of the natural world to others. To have the opportunity of showcasing this to students is a dream and a passion.
Biology, Chemistry and Maths have always been my strong suits and would love to help students become young scientists and at the very least blast through their exams.
Career wise, I wish to become a zoologist in the field studying all sorts of different wildlife across the planet.

First lesson comes free as it involves getting to know the student's skill level and where they lack in knowledge and where they excel. It allows me to plan their future lessons effectively and give them the help they need.
In a typical lesson, I would take them through an exam paper and go through question by question. If there is a question they struggle with, I'll talk them through this individual topic and ensure their understanding.
This approach both makes sure they are exam ready by giving them exam question practice but also teaching them fresh takes on topics they are not sure on.
