I have been in the roles of leadership ever since I was in high school. I became the first youngest Headboy for my school and after that I participated in the junior Council and model United nations to mention but I few but importantly I remained a leader in my society until today.

My teaching method on leadership is I use relatedble case studies and stories to teach the valuable lessons as leaders we can take with is and also highlight the mistakes. Be it stories from Nelson Mandela or other younger exemplary individuals in society students can relate to. I make then all find an idol and get to look list why they admire them and also make then choose leaders whom they think fell of by losing their integrity and actually get to explore what integrity means as a leader.
