Education and Experience
WHO IS MERVE CELIK?
Merve ÇELİK was born on 9 June in Ankara. ÇELİK, who met with music at the age of 8, with piano lessons from his father Şahin ÇELİK, who is a music teacher, started his professional music career by winning the Ankara Anatolian Fine Arts High School Music Department with a degree.
In addition to piano education, she started violin education here and studied with Nevzat KALENDER, the Presidential Symphony Orchestra Violin Artist, and Tuğçe ÜNSAL, Ankara State Opera and Ballet Violin Artist, and then with Associate Professor Mehmet EFE.
After graduating from high school, he won the Gazi University Music Education Department in the same year. In addition to violin and piano education, Prof. Dr. She received vocal training from Ayşe Meral TÖREYİN and also performed the accordion instrument in this process.
During his high school and university education life, he took part in many concerts and festivals both as an orchestra member and as a choirist.
During his university education, he assisted Durul GENCE, the doyen of Turkish jazz musicianship and conductor, and worked as a violin and piano instructor.
Enjoying working in the fields of personal development and psychology, he started his journey with "body language, diction, sign language, special teaching methods, mental management techniques and empathetic communication" training, and continued by taking International Professional Coaching Training from Sola Unitas Academy (ICF).
He had the opportunity to work as a music teacher in kindergarten, primary, secondary and high school units of schools and experienced the pedagogical approach of all ages.
By making music a lifestyle, he has been composing various children's songs, school marches, short films and documentary music since his student life, and giving concerts as an active musician, he teaches violin and piano to people of all ages, arguing that art is the cornerstone of society.

Merve öğretmenimizden 7 yaşındaki kızım için internet üzerinden online piyano dersi alıyoruz. Merve öğretmenimiz konusunda uzman ve çocuklar ile iletişimi ve bağ kurması mükemmel. Ders esnasında motive ediyor, yönlendiriyor ve internet üzerinden de olsa çocukların dikkatlerini toplamasını ve odaklanmasını sağlıyor, yurt dışında yaşamamıza rağmen mesafenin eksikliğini hissettirmedi. Yaklaşık 9-10 ay boyunca haftada 2 ders yapıyoruz ve kızım çok güzel ilerleme kaydetti ve Merve öğretmenini çok seviyor. Merve öğretmenimizi bulduğumuz için çok sanslıyız ve kesinlikle tüm piyano dersi almak isteyenlere tavsiye ediyoruz.
Merve Hocamla 2 yıldır birlikte piyano dersleri yapan şanslı kişilerden biriyim bence. Ders disiplini, işine olan saygısı ve size gösterdiği sabırla sadece müzik öğretmeni değil aynı zamanda yaşam koçunuzda oluyor. İnsan psikolojisinden çok iyi anladığı için yönlendirmeleri de çok iyi oluyor. Zamanı çok iyi değerlendiriyor. Gerçekten hem kaliteli hem hızlı ders alıyım diyorsanız şiddetle öneririm. Küçük parmaklarıma rağmen bu seviyelere gelmeyi hayal bile edemezdim.
Merve Hocam gerçekten genç dinamik ve donanımlı bir hoca oldu benim için. Piano eğitimini kendisinden aldığım için şanslı hissediyorum. Bir hobi olarak başladığım derslerden sonra gerçekten kendimi müzikal olarak da donanımlı hissetmemi sağladı, kendisine çok teşekkür ediyorum umarım müziği seven insanların yolu Merve hocamla kesişir :)
Açıkçası yaşımın keman için oldukça geç olduğunu düşünüyordum. Merve Hoca bu önyargımı yaklaşımı sayesinde kırdı. Öğretme ve öğrenciyi doğru yönlendirme konusunda oldukça yapıcı. Akılda kalıcı ve yalın bir anlatıma sahip. Öğrencisine karşı nazik bir tutumu var. Keman öğrenmek isteyen her yaş grubu öğrenciye kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
