I am a student, currently on my 3rd year at university of venda and I've also done research on nutrition, bodybuilding, weightloss and gaining weight, I have experimented with my body just to see if my methods work and yes they do

My teaching method is whole class discussion and I approach each topic with a different technique, I do practical examples so students can understand more and also my method is not teacher centered but it is student centered, it is focused on the views of the child then it corrects them
