About Pamela
My name is Pamela. I am a student in sixth form who recently sat her GCSEs so I understand the pressure to excel as I have been through that and achieved great results. I also have a sibling currently studying for SATS and as I have been helping them, I am familiar with the SATS curriculum and believe I will be a great help to both Year 5/6s and Year 10/11s. However, I aim to teach all year groups in Secondary School as well. I am determined to help all students succeed and feel great about their achievements. I am determined and resilient to provide a welcoming space for all.

I am available to schedule lessons based on students’ availability, not mine. My lessons will start with a recap starter of previous classes or a knowledge recall before starting the main lesson which will include teaching, example questions, questions for students to try themselves, marking and occasionally homework. I provide a welcoming space for students and parents/carers to feel free to ask questions both in and out of lessons if the student is struggling with anything. However, I aim to explain smoothly as I understand how difficult it is when lessons aren't taught coherently, from past experience.
